I always want to make musical compositing application for people who are not know much about music theory. This application, ‘Air Drum’ is my first step to make this. There are two different mode, free drum mode and gesture control mode. Free drum mode is just play drums freely with two sticks. The other mode, Gesture control mode, is playing three different beat progressions with speed of swinging the sticks. This application let people play with music easily. My next step is make string sounds with hand position and gesture. The attempt will be shown at the end of the movie clip.
